1 范围
本文件描述了城市热力管道安全风险评估的一般规定、评估方法及流程、资料收集、失效可能性评
估、失效后果严重性评估、安全风险等级及分类管理、安全风险评估报告编制。
本文件适用于自热源出口至热用户热力入口之间热力管道的安全风险评估,不包含热力站、中继泵
站、隔压站等站房内管道。
