本文件按照GB/T 1.1—2020《标准化工作导则 第1 部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T 10463—2008《玉米粉》,与GB/T 10463—2008 相比,除结构调整和编辑性改
动外,主要技术变化如下:
—更改了范围的适用界限(见第1章,2008年版的第1章);
—增加了玉米粗粉和玉米细粉的术语和定义(见3.3、3.4);
—更改了分类方式(见第4章,2008年版的第4章);
—增加了原料要求(见第5章);
—更改了部分质量指标要求(见表1,2008年版的表1);
—增加了净含量的要求(见6.2);
—删除了“卫生要求、真实性要求”(见2008年版的5.2、5.3);
—更改了检验方法(见第7章,2008年版的第6章);
—更改了检验规则(见第8章,2008年版的第7章);
—更改了对标签标识的要求(见第9章,2008年版的第8章);
—更改了对包装、储存和运输的要求(见第10章,2008年版的第9章
