定起草。
本文件代替GB/T 13359—2008《莜麦》,与GB/T 13359—2008 相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动
外,主要技术变化如下:
—更改了术语和定义 (见第3章,2008年版的第3章);
—删除了卫生要求 (见2008年版的4.2);
—更改了检验方法 (见第5章,2008年版的第5章);
—更改了检验规则 (见第6章,2008年版的第6章)。

注:籽粒一般细长,内、外颖与护颖同为薄膜状,脱粒时同时脱落,使籽粒成为裸粒。
