4 原理
油菜蜂蜜样品中的丁香酸甲酯经弱阴离子交换固相萃取柱净化和富集后,经C18 高效液相色谱柱分
离,紫外或二极管阵列检测器检测(最大吸收波长为276 nm),外标峰面积法定量。
5 试剂和材料
除非另有说明,所有试剂均为分析纯,水为 GB/T 6682 规定的一级水。
