引 言
锁模力是表征压铸机规格的主参数。目前压铸机锁模力有多种测试方法,不同方法得出的结果不尽
相同。若测试结果有偏差,容易引发多种事故,并造成设备供需双方的纠纷和矛盾。因此市场迫切需要
制定统一的锁模力测试方法,并且对测量的各个环节进行明确规定。
本文件的制定,旨在为压铸机行业锁模力测试评价提供依据,提高检测结果可靠性和可比性、节省
设备制造成本、规范市场秩序。
1 范围
本文件描述了压铸机锁模力测试的测试原理、测试条件、测试方法及测试报告。
本文件适用于压铸机锁模力的检测。
